Please read these Terms and Conditions ("the Conditions") carefully before entering any Contract of Sale with Mgender.com Ltd.
The Conditions include further information available by clicking on the highlighted links. Your attention is drawn to Conditions 10 and 11, which exclude or limit Mgender's liability to the customer.

All product prices shown on the Mgender website are stated inclusive of VAT.
The rate of VAT charged on the products you buy from Mgender is determined by reference to your billing address. If your billing address is in the EU then VAT at 20% (or whatever the current UK VAT rate) will be charged.

If your billing address is outside the EU you will be charged VAT at 0%. The VAT rate applied and amount of VAT charged appears at the bottom of your basket and will be clearly indicated on the invoice we issue to you.
We can send your goods to any address in the world (subject to restrictions placed on us by our suppliers). Due to reasons of security and potential fraud we do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes, Hotels, Motels etc. Please contact us if you would like to arrange such deliveries and we will do our best to accommodate you.

You can order products online at the Mgender website following the order process or alternatively by placing your order by telephone or fax. When you order on-line you will be asked to check all your order details before placing your order by clicking on the 'Purchase Now' button. Orders using these payment methods are processed immediately but funds are not finally transferred until your order is dispatched. We also accept PayPal providing you have a confirmed address.
When you purchase goods from Mgender you will be entering into a distance-selling contract with us. You have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. You will be required by the terms of the contract, to return the goods to Mgender.
In such cases and, provided the goods are received according to our Returns Procedure, we will reimburse the cost of the goods within 30 days of the cancellation being made.
If we have to collect the goods from you, we will be entitled to recover the cost of collection from you.

We understand that occasionally you may wish to return goods to us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We will gladly exchange, replace or refund your purchase with the following exceptions:-
Our Body Care, Shaving, Hair Care and Health departments cannot accept the return of a product if it has been opened. If an item has been opened we will only accept the return if the product is found to be defective.
For reasons of hygiene, our Underwear department cannot accept the return of a product if the garment has been opened and clearly worn.
If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel the order up to 7 working days after the goods are delivered. To cancel an order, please drop us an e-mail to customercare@mgender.com with details of the order you are cancelling. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods as soon as we can, and no later than 30 days after the cancellation. We may have to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering the goods from you. Whilst we respect your right to change your mind, we would ask that you take reasonable care of any goods which you decide you do not want.

As required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have provided to us. You are entitled to see your personal information held by us. You can do so by making a request via email to customercare@mgender.com.
Mgender does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other parties. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties who have strict data protection codes and safeguards in relation to distance-selling contracts but this would be a change in our policy and we would by law have to seek your consent. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
By making purchases on the Mgender website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by us. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
When you register you are given the option to read topical news items and information in our monthly newsletter. Please note that our monthly newsletter will not contain any marketing material and it is Mgender's policy not to send such material to our customers.
